Introduction

This valve is suitable for high hard skin particle media, or soft particles but also corrosive media pipeline for opening and closing only. Nominal pressure 1.6MPa, adaptable temperature ≤ 200 ℃. Gas source pressure 0.6 ~ 0.MPa.
The parts in contact with the media are structural ceramic materials, its chemical stability and hardness is very high (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to diamond, so the valve has a very high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and thermal insulation and good thermal expansion is small.
The ball is manufactured by advanced grinding equipment and technology, with high precision of ball roundness, good surface quality, and the valve seat on the extension, the use of Zr02 ceramic self-lubricating properties, can achieve good sealing performance.
Ceramic good abrasion resistance, so that the valve is durable, high reliability, long service life, is titanium alloy valve and monel valve 2-4 times.
