Introduction

1, knife-type slurry gate valve according to different caliber made of concealed rod and open rod two forms (concealed rod DN50 ~ 2600mm, open rod DN50 ~ 800mm), the full-circle DC channel design does not store slag, not jammed. The low end of the knife plate is processed into a knife edge shape, which has the function of cutting off soft materials such as fiber, pulp, wood pulp, and at the same time has a good opening and closing function. There is a hard PTFE scraper installed at the upper end of the knife plate, which can prevent dust, gravel and other abrasive substances from entering the stuffing box and significantly improve the life of the knife plate. Valve plate material selection of stainless steel, fine grinding and polishing treatment can obtain the best sealing effect.
2、Valve body, stuffing box are precision casting, in which the valve body adopts flange type whole casting, stainless steel carbide material can be selected according to the user's needs 304, 316, 316L, 2520, WCB, 2Cr13, ceramics, pure titanium, the sealing ring is made of hard seal or PTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and non-slagging.
3、Valve plate has multiple support points, so that the valve plate has a good self-centering. When the valve is in the closed state and under back pressure, the valve plate does not shift.
4、The knife-type slurry gate valve can be equipped with handwheel, manual zipper, spur gear drive, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, electric and electro-hydraulic.
5, knife-type slurry gate valve internal V-shaped, triangular, pentagonal channel, in order to adapt to the fluid regulation and control requirements.
6, knife-type slurry gate valve connection forms are clamped, flange lug type, sealing metal-to-metal hard seal, metal-to-tai play polyurethane, with enhanced PTFE rubber and other soft seal.
